We know that we need to take time for ourselves to feel our best, but when you’re a super busy woman, it feels impossible to achieve. I understand this very well being a stay-at-home mom of 5 kids; I don’t have ample amounts of time for myself. However, I do my best to integrate various self-care practices into my daily routine in order to achieve a balanced life, which allows me to feel healthy, confident and beautiful.
