Ingredients
Red & white quinoa
White onion
Navy beans
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Red bell pepper
Cucumber
Olive oil
Lemon
Sea salt
Directions
Chill cooked quinoa in the fridge for 15 minutes
Place quinoa and chopped vegetables in salad bowl along with your cooked navy beans.
Drizzle olive oil, lemon, and sprinly sea salt for dressing.
