Another quick and nutritious recipe for you ladies! I enjoy making salads that are filling and nutritious that fit perfectly with my hectic schedule..

Ingredients


  • Red & white quinoa

  • White onion

  • Navy beans

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Tomatoes

  • Red bell pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon

  • Sea salt




Directions


  1. Chill cooked quinoa in the fridge for 15 minutes

  2. Place quinoa and chopped vegetables in salad bowl along with your cooked navy beans.

  3. Drizzle olive oil, lemon, and sprinly sea salt for dressing.
