Mango Cabbage Shrimp Salad

I made this today on a whim, and my family and friends enjoyed it. My husband asked me to make it again, so I thought I'd share it with you!

Ingredients


  • Shrimp

  • Purple cabbage

  • Tomatoes

  • Green & Yellow peppers

  • Mangoes

  • Celery

  • Coriander

  • Extra-virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt (optional

  • Lemon

  • Garlic

  • Fresh mint (optional)




Directions


  1. Chop up your vegetables and place them in a bowl.

  2. Grate your purple cabbage and also place in bowl.

  3. Chop up you mangos and add to bowl.

  4. Finely chop your garlic and coriander and place in the bowl.

  5. Add your chilled shrimp and place in the bowl.

  6. Squeeze lemon, and drizzle olive oil on top of ingredients.

  7. Toss and serve.




Et voila! Ready to Enjoy. Buon Appetito!
