I've enjoyed the evening cooking these fajitas for my family, and luckily, there was enough left over for when my son returned early from his road trip with his friends; four hungry nineteen-year-olds to feed! I used stoneground corn fajitas as alternative to wheat.

Ingredients

  • Extra-lean ground beef.

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Green cabbage

  • White onions

  • Hot tomato sauce

  • Cilantro

  • Tomatoes

  • Avocado

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Onion powder

  • Corn fajita bread

  • Sea salt

  • olive oil

Directions

  1. In a frying pan drizzle olive oil and place diced onions and lean ground beef.

  2. Sprinkle paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt on top.

  3. Cook on medium heat until meat turns brown.

  4. In a different frying pan place shredded green cabbage with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt and cook on medium until cabbage turns translucent.

  5. On a cutting board, chop up your tomato, cilantro, avocado, and romaine lettuce and place each in their designated bowls.

  6. Lightly fry fajitas for 30 seconds- 1 minute.

  7. Place all the ingredients in the middle of the bread, Put your desired amount of hot tomato sauce as a dressing , fold the bread and it's ready to eat.

Et voila! Ready to Enjoy. Buon Appetito!
