Dragon Fruit Sorbet /Smoothie

This is my preferred summer fruit blend. I enjoy offering it as a dessert because it's a fresh and healthy choice, and I'm often asked to provide second helpings. It's a simple and exotic recipe.

Ingredients


  • Frozen dragon fruit

  • Frozen strawberries

  • Frozen pineapples

  • Frozen mangos

  • Maple syrup

  • Lime or lemon

  • Fresh mint

  • Water




Directions


  1. Place frozen fruit in blender.

  2. Drizzle maple syrup on top.

  3. To serve as a sorbet, as a thicker texture put enough water to cover only half of the fruit.

  4. To serve as a smoothie drink place enough water to cover and a bit more .

  5. Once blended, serve into glasses or bowls and squeeze lemon or lime on top.

  6. Also cut up the fresh mint and place on top.
